Seneca Falls Police Beat 01/11/10 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On January 10,2010 at approximately 7:13 AM Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Sean M. McDonald, age 24, of 161 West Bayard Street apartment 18 Seneca Falls and Sara L. Flack, age 23, of 161 West Bayard Street apartment 18 Seneca Falls. Police responded to the West Bayard Street apartment for the report of a domestic incident. As a result, McDonald was charged with harassment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal contempt in the second degree. Flack was charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Both were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. Both were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail. McDonald has a scheduled return date of January 27, 2010 @ 11:00 AM. Flack has a return date of January 27, 2010 @ 2:00 PM. Orders of protection were issued in this case.
