Friday evening, at about 8:30 pm, two men in stocking mask and a shotgun reportedly robbed the residence at 31 Acorn Valley trailer park, which is off of West Ave. south of Middlesex. Per communications heard on the police scanner they held a young boy at gunpoint. It is not yet know what was taken. They took off in a car but no good description was given of the car. This is one of two robberies by gunpoint within about five months and one of several unsolved burglaries in the area within about a year.
