On Friday, Dec. 18, 2009 at 10:50 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Dept. arrested Brandy L. Scutt, age 22, of 46 Broad Street, Lyons NY on a warrant for Endangering the welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Criminal contempt 2nd degree. It is alleged that earlier Friday afternoon Ms. Scutt went to a Waterloo Village residence and created a disturbance with the home owners. Ms. Scutt allegedly got intoa verbal argument in front of a 3 year old child and kicked the front door to the house causing damage to the door. There was an order of protection against Ms. Scutt protecting the 3 year old from her. Ms. Scutt wasarraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500 cash bail $3,000 bond. There was an order of protection issuedfor the victims.On an unrelated charge Ms. Scutt was also arrested on a 2nd warrant for Aggravated Harassment 2nd degree. Ms. Scutt allegedly harassed a Waterloo village resident on Dec. 17, 2009 over the telephone. Ms. Scutt was also arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court on this charge and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,500 cash bail, $3,000 bail bond.Ms. Scutt is scheduled to appear back in village court on Feb. 3, 2009.
