On December 14, 2009 at approximately 6:53 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Donald A. Lipker Jr, age 47, of 3124 Leader Road, Seneca Falls NY 13148 for DWI and Refusal to submit to a chemical test. The incident stems from a motor vehicle accident investigation. Two additional charges were also filed against Lipker as he was found to be in possession of marijuana and he also refused to allow officers to process him. The two additional charges were unlawful possession of marijuana and obstructing governmental adminstration in the second degree. Lipker was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash or $4,000 ins. bond. Next court date is January 13, 2010 at 9 am.
