The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Matthew J. Tyler, 19 of 38 East Main Street for Petit Larceny. The arrest is the result of a report made by a store clerk that Tyler had just been in the store and did take a pack of peanuts and an energy bar without paying for the items. Tyler was located walking a short distance from the store. Tyler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date and time.
