On November 25, 2009, The New York State Police, Waterloo Barracks reports the arrest of Robert W. Morin, date of birth 4/29/90, 19 years of age, of Waterloo with three counts of Burglary 3rd. The arrests are the result of a joint investigation conducted by the New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriffs Department into numerous Burglaries that occurred at the Waterloo Outlet Center in Junius, during the months of September and October 2009. Morin was arraigned before the Town of Junius Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash / $50,000 insured bond bail.
