On 11-30-2009 at approx. 7:30 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Benjamin R. Carr, age 57 from 2 Fall Street Apt.#26 Seneca Falls, NY for the violation of Trespass. The arrest stems from an incident on November 29th, 2009 where Carr allegedly entered another subjects apartment at 2 Fall Street and while Carr was in this apartment an argument ensued. Carr was then asked to leave numerous times and refused. Carr eventually left the residence once the Police were contacted. Carr was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the S.C.C.F. on $250.00 or $500.00 Ins. Bond. Carr is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on December 9th, 2009 at 9:00 AM. A stay away order of protection was issued against Carr during the arraignment on behalf of the apartment tenant where the incident occured.
