The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Deanna Heitmann, 35 and William S. Kesel, 37 of 21 Oak St. Apartment A Waterloo, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrests are the result of a complaint that police received about a two-year old child walking on the sidewalk on West Main Street, without anybody supervising the child. Heitmann and Kesel were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and were remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond. Heitmann and Kesel are to reappear at a later date toanswer the charges.
