On November 26, 2009 @ approximately 10:29 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Linda V. Santiago, age 27, of 41 Walnut Street apartment B Seneca Falls. Santiago was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of caring for her infant child while in an intoxicated condition. She was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. She was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500.00 cash bail / $5000.00 secure bond. A return date of December 9, 2009 @ 9:00 AM has been scheduled for Santiago to further answer the charges.
