On 11/22/09 at approximately 7:33 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian K. Meacham, age 49, of 9 Spring Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Resisting Arrest. Village police were executing an arrest warrant NYSP had for Petit larceny Meacham fled the residence and led village police on a brief foot chase. He was apprehended and while attempting to be placed in custody Meacham struggled with officers while attempting to be handcuffed. Meacham was also charged with resisting arrest and turned over to the State Police and was arraigned in Junius Town Court by the Hon. Brian Laird and was committed to the SCCF in lieu of $5000 cash/$10,000 bond.
