On November 19, 2009 at approximately 6:35 AM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Michael J. Matyjewicz Jr., age 20, 36 1/2 Sackett Street Seneca Falls. Matyjewicz was charged with harassment second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful imprisonment second degree. The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred on Sackett Street around 5:00 PM on November 18,2009. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 secure bond. He was given a return date of December 9, 2009 at 9:00 AM to further answer the charges.
