On 11-17-09 at 3:05pm SFPD arrested Edgar A. Hayes age 24 of 55 Bridge St Apt 2 Seneca Falls for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Petit Larceny. Hayes is accused of entering onto the property at 104 Garden St Seneca Falls without permission and stealing a quantity of pop bottles. Hayes was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court before Judge Mahoney and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facilty in lieu of $1000cash/$2000bond. Hayes is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12-09-09 at 0900hrs.
