On November 15,2009 @ 2:11 AM – Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Patrick E. Churchill, age 20, of 32 VanCleef Street Seneca Falls. He was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in the street at the corner of Bridge Street and West Bayard Street. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled for a December 10, 2009 Seneca Falls Town Court appearance @ 10:00 AM. On November 15, 2009 @ 9:16 PM – Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Robert D. Schwartz, age 32, of 192 Ovid Street lot # 201 Seneca Falls. He was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in the street on Bridge Street and endangering the welfare of a child. The endangering stemmed from a previous domestic incident where he is accused pushing a gear shift lever of a moving vehicle into park. At the time there was a 17 month old child in the said vehicle. Patrols were speaking with him on Bridge Street about the domestic incident when he decided to urinate in the street. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. He was given a combined bail of $1,000.00 cash / $2,000.00 secure bond on the charges. He is to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 16, 2009 @ 4:00 PM.
