On November 6th, 2009 at approx. 7:33 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Aaron M. Ward, age 24 from 1008 Waterloo-Geneva Road Lot#17 Waterloo, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree; Unlicensed Operator; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On the above date and time a Seneca Falls Police Officer witnessed Ward operating a vehicle south bound on Bridge Street. The Officer had prior knowledge that Ward had a suspended driver license and proceeded to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle Ward was operating. Upon stopping the vehicle and checking Wards drivers license status it was determined that Ward had a suspended New York Identification Only, numerous suspensions, and a prior conviction for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree out of the City of Auburn on September 18th, 2009. Upon arrest for these traffic offenses Ward was found to be in possession of Marijuana. Ward was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the S.C.C.F. on $500.00 cash or $1,000.00 Ins. bond. Ward is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 25th, 2009 at 9:00 AM
