Following a joint investigation between the Seneca Falls Police Department and the New York State Police two Seneca Falls males were arrested on drug and weapons charges following a 12:12 pm traffic stop November 3rd, 2009 on Cayuga Street. Paul R. Sturiale, Jr., age 20 and Nicholas M. Fish, age 21, both of 101 Auburn Rd Rm. 20 (Starlite Motel), Seneca Falls, NY were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree (Class C Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree (misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree (Class D Felony), Crimanally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree (misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Sturiale was also ticketed for not wearing a seatbelt. Following the traffic stop and subsequent search of the vehicle and their residence police located a loaded revolver, brass knuckles, a quantity of cocaine (crack), a quantity of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Both werearraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Hon. Joyce Mahoney and were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond and each are to reappear in Town Court on November 6th, 2009.
