On Thursday October 22, 2009 @ approximately 1:53 AM, Seneca Falls Village Police responded to 73 Bridge Street for the reported disturbance call. As a result, the following individuals were arrested by Village Police – Michael D. Telvock, age 41,of 1676 Powderly Road Waterloo, NY charged with disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise. Mindy L. Haney, age 33, 73 1/2 Bridge Street Seneca Falls, NY for harassment in the second degree. Haney is accused of kicking a Seneca Falls Police Officer during the incident. The officer was not injured. Both were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. Both were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail / $1,000.00 secure bond. Both are scheduled to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/22/2009 @ 4:00 PM to further answer the charges.
