The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of James W. Rogers, 40 of 119 East Elisha St. Waterloo, NY for Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A Misdemeanor and Harassment in the second degree, a Violation. The arrest is the result of a domestic incident in which it is alleged that Rogers grabbed a cellular telephone out of a female’s hand and in the process, caused a small cut to the female’s hand. Rogers then allegedly broke the telephone in half. Roger was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and a Class A Order of Protection was issued. Rogers is to reappear in court at a later date.
