On October 13, 2009 at approximately 6:15am, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Curtis M. Burdick, age 51 of 152A Fall Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Burdick was arrested for Trespass for allegedly coming onto the property of Sunoco Pumps Plus after being warned several times by Employees that he was not allowed to be there. Burdick was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 bail. Burdick has to re-appear in front of Judge Mahoney on October 28, 2009 at 9:00am.On October 13, 2009 at approximately 10:19pm the Village of Seneca Falls arrested Kristopher M. Campanello, age 23 of 1222 RTE 96 North Waterloo, NY 13165. Campanello was arrested for Harassment (physical contact) for allegedly throwing a Verizon Cell phone at a female and striking the female in the face. Campanello was arraigned in front of Judge Laird at the Town of Junius Court where he was then ROR’d. Campanello has to appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 22, 2009 at 10:00am.
