On Thursday October 8, 2009 @ 8:58 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Quincy L. Alicea, age 23, of 192 Ovid Street Lot #29 in Seneca Falls. He was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from a reported domestic incident that took place on State Street in Seneca Falls at approximately 7:08 PM. He is accused of hitting another vehicle with his vehicle while continuing to accelerate, causing the tires of his vehicle to spin and squeal. The other vehicle was occupied by an unidentified female and child. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. A class B order of protection was issued and he was released to appear on 10/14/2009 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charges.
