On 10/01/09 at approximately 9:51 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Derick J. Stratton, age 26, of 49 Mynderse St, Apt. 1, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Harassment 2nd. Stratton is accused of calling a village resident and making threatening statements over the phone to the resident. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 10/14/09 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge.On 10/06/09 at approximately 7:45 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Prince M. Fagan-Carter, age 24, of 32 Hubbell Park, Rochester, NY 14608 for Conspiracy in the 5th Degree. Fagan-Carter was located by Gates PD and turned over to village police. Following a police investigation, Fagan-Carter is accused of conspiring with an individual that burglarized a village business back in September of this year. He was arraigned before Judge Marsh in Waterloo Town Court and committed to SCCF on $5000 Cash/$10,000 Bond and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charge on 10/14/09 at 9:00 a.m.
