On 9/29/09 at 1440 hrs, Waterloo Police arrested William J. Rouland III, age 22, residing at 101 W. Main St Apt 1, Waterloo and a 17 y.o. Town of Geneva female following a domestic disturbance at 101 W. Main St.Rouland was charged with harassment 2nd degree and unlawful possession of marihuana. He is accused of choking, pushing and biting the 17 y.o. female during the incident and was found with marihuana on police arrival. He was sent to SCCF on $1000/$3000 bail and an order of proctection was issued for the 17 y.o. victim.The 17 y.o. was charged with harassment 2nd for striking and biting Rouland and criminal contempt 2nd for violating an order of protection involving Rouland. She was arriagned and sent to SCCF on $3000/$6000 bail and another order of protection was issued out of Waterloo Court.—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————–On 9/29/09 @ 0800 hrs, Waterloo Police arrested Shaun H. Clark, age 22, 16 Sheridan St, Auburn for charges of AUO 3rd and Uninspected Vehicle while traveling through a traffic safety checkpoint on W. Main St. Clark pled guilty on Waterloo Village Court and was fined.
