The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Jeffery P. Arnold, 32 of 147 East Main St. Apt. D Waterloo, NY for Harassment in the second degree, a violation and Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. The arrest is the result of an investigation in which it is alleged that Arnold did repeatedly call, text message, and follow around a female. Arnold allegedly kept the female against her will in a shed behind his residence for a short period of time. Arnold was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu if $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secure bond. Arnold is to answer the charges at a later date. A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the female.
