On September 24th, 2009 at approx. 4:50 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph A. Dingledein, age 23 from 5854 Rt. 96 Apt# 243-D Romulus, NY for Issuing a Bad Check. It is alleged that on June 5th, 2009 Dingledein wrote a check to Hunter Run Townhomes in the amount of $625.00 with insufficient funds. Dingledein was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and ROR’ed to appear on October 28th, 2009.On 09/24/09 at 4:44 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Arthur J. Carey, age 19, of 9041 Mill Street, Stittville, NY 13469 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree following a routine traffic stop for speeding. Carey is accused of operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license. He was issued traffic tickets and released and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/08/09 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
