The Waterloo Police Department arrested Anthony M. Silbernagel age 20 of 101 West Main Street apt 2 Waterloo, NY 13165 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree, Unlicensed Operator and Criminal Contempt 2nd following a traffic stop in the Village of Waterloo. It is alleged that Silbernagel operated a motor vehicle on a public highway when his drivers license was revoked, and there was a valid stay away order of protection between Silbernagel and an occupant in the vehicle. Silbernagel was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was released. He is scheduled to re-appear on November 4, 2009 to answer the charges.
