The Waterloo Police Department arrested Kurtis A. Vonbergen age 18 of 101 West Main Street Apt #2 Waterloo, NY 13165 for two counts of Harassment 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. It is alleged that Vonbergen was involved in a physical domestic incident where he destroyed property and had a physical altercation with a Village of Waterloo resident. Vonbergen was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $3,000 secured bond. His next court date is set for November 2, 2009 to answer the charges. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victims.
