Seneca Falls Police Beat 9/18/09

On September 15,2009 at approx. 9:57 pm Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joanne M. Haapaoja, age 46, of 28 Auburn Rd Apt. D6. Police responded to 55 West Bayard Street for a reported fight. While speaking with Haapaoja she became verbally abusive with Officers and continued to scream and use profanity. Haapaoja was charged with Disorderly Conduct. She was arraigned in SF Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $500.00 cash/ $1,000.00 ins. bond. Haapaoja is to reappear in SF Town Court on 09-16-09 at 2:00 pm.On September 14,2009 at approx. 10:15 pm Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Florencio L. Alicea, age 24, of 71 West Bayard Street Seneca Falls. Alicea was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Seneca Falls Town Court for Harassment in the second degree. The charges stem from a Domestic Incident that occurred with a female village resident. Alicea was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to SCCF in lieu of $250.00 cash bail/ $500.00 Ins. bond. Alicea is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09-23-09 at 0900 hrs.
