Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Brian “Turtle” Buck, age 40, of 146 East Main Street, apartment #1, Waterloo NY 13165 for Burglary in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation into a burglary at Dewey’s Third Ward Tavern, located at 39 Bridge Street. Buck allegedly broke a window and entered the business. While inside the business, Buck stole a cash register along with it’s contents. Buck was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. Buck is to re-appear on September 23, 2009 at 9 am. The Waterloo Police Department, New York State Parole, New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the investigation.
