The Waterloo Police Department arrested Stephen N. Torrez age 27 of 35 Stewart Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Criminal Contempt 2nd, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd after an investigation was completed involving a domestic incident that occurred in the Village of Waterloo. It is alleged that Torrez got into a physical fight with his girlfriend, restrained her from leaving the residence and pushed her down all in violation of an Order of Protection. Torrez was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $3000 insured bond. A future court date of October 7, 2009 was set.
