On Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 11:39 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested an 18-year-old Waterloo Youth following a domestic dispute at 41 Church Street. The youth was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Endangering the welfare of a child and Harassment 2nd degree. The youth allegedly got into a domestic dispute with her mother and her mothers boyfriend. The youth allegedly threw items at her mom’s boyfriend striking him with them. The youth also allegedly threw a glass drinking cup inside the house causing the cup to shatter and fragments of the glass hit the mothers boyfriend, while in the presence of two young children. The youth was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on Bail.
