On Friday September 4,2009 at approximately 7:00 pm Village Of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Juan L. Rivera age 24 of 1008 Waterloo- Geneva Road Waterloo NY. Rivera was charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Endangering the welfare of a child and Attempted Assault in the 3rd degree. The charges stem from an investigation of an incident that occurred on 08-03-09 where Rivera allegedly entered a Village residence and had a physical confrontation with a male subject while in the presence of a juvenile.Rivera was arraigned in SF Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail, $10,000.00 ins. bond. Rivera is to return to SF Town Court on 09-10-09 at 9:00 am.On September 5,2009 at approx 2:30 am Village of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Twyla M. Keeler age 53 of 4 Daniels Street Seneca Falls.Keeler was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop on Green Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. Keeler was issued ticket’s for Improper turn signal, Improper right turn, DWI and BAC greater than .08 %. Keeler was arraigned in SF Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was released to appear on 09-23-09 at 10:00 am.
