Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel J. Wheeler, age 46, of 76 Maple Street, Lyons, NY on September 3rd, 2009 at about 1:27 a.m. following a Suspicious Person complaint at 205 Fall Street. Officers made contact with Wheeler to issue a warning regarding suspicious actions and was in his vehicle preparing to leave. Wheeler was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. Wheeler was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Joyce Mahoney and committed to the SCCF in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on September 9th, 2009 at 9a.m.Seneca Falls Police arrested Herman L. Demonstoy III, age 32, of 12 Clinton Street, Seneca Falls, NY on following a traffic stop on Clinton Street on September 4th, 2009 at about 1:37 a.m. Demonstoy was charged with Failure to Signal, Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree. Demonstoy was released on the tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 10th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
