The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Rondell N. Brantley, 20 of 27 Elmer Street Lyons, NY 14489 for Attempted Assault in the second degree. The arrest is the result of an investigation of a fight that occurred on August 12, 2009 in which it is alleged that Brantley struck a male with a closed fist while holding an object in his hand. Brantley was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Brantley is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court in October to answer the charges.
