The Waterloo Police Department arrested Samuel Scialdone age 43 of 2 Daniels Street Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Criminal Contempt in the second degree. It is alleged that Scialdone called a Village of Waterloo resident and used vulgar language in violation of a Stay Away Order of Protection that was issued out of the Seneca County Family Court. Scialdone was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Geary where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash or $5000 secured bond. Scialdone is scheduled to re-appear on October 7, 2009 to answer the charge.
