Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Carrie A.Closson, age 21, of 47 State Street Seneca Falls on August 23, 2009 @ 2:15 AM. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Street in the Village for failure to keep right. She was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol of .18% or greater, failure to keep right, and uninspected motor vehicle. The Honorable Joyce Mahoney arraigned Closson in Seneca Falls Town Court. She was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 cash bail / $10,000.00 secure bond. She is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 26, 2009 at 2:00 PM to further answer the charges. Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Brett S. Lambert, age 21, of 3818 Ridge Road Seneca Falls on August 22, 2009 @ 3:10 AM. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Village for failure to stop at a stop sign. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol of .18% or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, failure to stop for a stop sign, and operating with no license. The Honorable Joyce Mahoney arraigned Lambert in Seneca Falls Town Court. He was then released to a third party. He is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 9, 2009 @ 11:00 AM. Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Jason P. Verkey, age 20, of 5 Maple Street Seneca Falls on August 22, 2009 @ 1:24 AM. The arrest stems from Village Police on routine patrol in the Bridge Street area. He was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. He was issued an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court. He is to appear September 10, 2009 @ 10:00 AM to answer the charge. Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Jaymee M. Gage-Flook, age 24, no address available on August 21, 2009 @ 5:15 PM. The arrest was a result of a bench warrant issued by Seneca County Court Judge Dennis Bender. It is alleged that Gage-Flook failed to comply with conditions of release. She was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is awaiting arraignment in Seneca County Court.
