Seneca Falls Police arrested Zachary K. Young, age 19, of 76 E. Bayard Street, Seneca Falls and Nicholas A. Rotundo, age 18, of 4 Jay Street, Seneca Falls on August 20th, 2009 following an investigation into a theft of a Mini-Bike. Young was charged with Petit Larceny and Rotundo was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. Both were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the SCCF in lieu of $2000/$4000 and will reappear at a later date.Seneca Falls Police arrested Timothy L. Zona, age 21, of 67 Ovid Street on August 20th, 2009 at about 2:49pm on John Street following a traffic stop for an expired registration. Police found Zona to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was charged Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and was released on appearance tickets. Police were assisted by the Seneca County Probation Department.Seneca Falls Police arrested a 16 year old Seneca Falls male on August 20th, 2009 at about 10:12am. The male was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd and Offering a False Instrument 2nd both misdemeanors , it is alleged that he failed to obey a court order as pertaining to a community service work site and lying about his community service hours. He was arraigned in Town Court and was committed to the SCCF in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is to reappear on September 9th, 2009 at 9:00am.On August 12, 2009, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested a 17 year-old, of Route 89, Seneca Falls along with three Waterloo teenagers. All four subjects were charged with Criminal Mischief in the third degree. The incident stems from an investigation conducted by village police in reference to damage done to the tires of a 2009 Ford Mustang. All four subjects were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and were ROR’d to reappear at a later day.
