FingerLakes1.com has learned that a body has been discovered in a wooded area in the Town of Italy in Yates County. Yates County Sheriff Ron Spike has confirmed that a body was found and deputies are currently investigating to determine whether it is the body of a person reported missing last night. Late last night, a 37 year old Town of Italy man was reported missing by relatives. The name of the man reported missing has not been released. We’ll have more on this situation as it becomes available.
