On Thursday, August 13th, 2009, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Lynne M. Elardo-Belinski, age 41, of 50 Seymore Street, Auburn, NY 13021 for felony grand larceny in the fourth degree. The arrest was a result of an investigation conducted by the Waterloo Police Department and the New York State Police involving $1295.00 of NYS lottery tickets which Elardo allegedly stole while working at the Waterloo Sunoco Express Mart in the Village of Waterloo. Elardo was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. She is to appear at a later date to answer to this charge.
