Police make arrests at underage drinking party

State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of several individuals following an investigation into a report of an underage drinking party at 6321 Rte 96A Romulus, NY.On 08/12/09, Benjamin I. Calkins, Age 22, of 864 Gravel RD. Tyre, NY was arrested and charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of Child (A Misdemeanor) and False Written Statement (A Misdemeanor). Calkins allegedly purchased and provided a ½ keg of beer to 9 people under the age of 21. Calkins is to appear in the Town of Varick Court on 08/27/09. The following people were arrest on 08/21/09 for allegedly partaking in the underage drinking party: Jeffrey M. Siurano, age 19, of 1731 CR 132 Ovid, NYBrad D. Lynch, age 19, of 1181 Ridge Rd. Lansing, NYJacqueline L. Dresser, age 19, of 2131 W. Seneca St. Ovid, NYAshley L. Kenyon, age 19, of 6260 CR 129 Ovid, NYJohn K. Marsh, age 20, of 9808 Marsh Rd. Hector, NYJohn T. Horrocks, age 16, of 7032 CR 132A Willard, NYGloria M. Warne, age 19, of 6321 Rte 96A Romulus, NYJustin A. Carroll, age 20, of 7022 1st St. Willard, NYJames E. Horrocks, age 20, of 7032 CR 132A Willard, NYThese 9 individuals were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21. All parties were issued appearance tickets for the Town of Romulus Court on 08/21/09.
