The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Neil T. McMillen, 30 of 3 Jackson St. Apt. 3 Lyons, NY 14489 for being a Fugitive of Justice. While on a traffic stop, it was discovered that McMillen, who was a passenger in the vehicle had a Warrant for Failing to Appear for a charge of Aggravated Battery issued out of Iroquois County, Illinois. McMillen was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail awaiting extradition.
