On Monday August 3, 2009 at approximately 11:00 P.M. the Seneca Falls Village Police Department arrested three 17 yo males and one 18 yo female for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The arrest stems from a complaint received from a Ridge Street resident reporting a vehicle missing from that residence. Village police observed the vehicle on Clinton Street where it pulled into a driveway and the occupants fled on foot. The three males were taken into custody in the immediate area and the female later came to the police department voluntarily. All four were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. All four were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000 secure bond. All are due back in SF TWN CRT on August 12, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. to further answer the charges. The names have not been released due to age and or apparent eligibility for youthful offender status.
