The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Matthew J. Tyler, 18 of 38 East Main St. Waterloo, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest is a result of a Domestic Incident in which it is alleged that Tyler had physical contact with a person less than the age of seventeen. Tyler was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court. A Class B Order of Protection was issued. Tyler is to reappear in September to answer the charge.
