n 08/01/09 at approximately 11:52 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jason M. Wilson, age 33, of 4 Troup Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. The arrest occurred following a routine traffic stop by village police in which Wilson is accused of operating a motor vehicle while the vehicle registation was suspended and while having a revoked driver’s license. He was also charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Passing a Red Light. He was issued traffic tickets and released. Wison has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08/13/09 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges. On 08/02/09 at approximately 2:20 a.m., the Seneca Falls Polce Department arrested Neil E. Burt, age 22, of 24 Augustus St, Apt. A, Auburn, NY 13021 for Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree and DWI following a routine traffic stop. Burt was also charged with Aggravated DWI and several other violations. He is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and while holding a revoked license. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $5000/$10,000 Bond. He has to re-appear in court for a felony hearing on 08/06/09 at 9:15 a.m.On 08/02/09 at approximately 6:55 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rebecca E. Hackney, age 23, of 147 Barney Street, Wilkesbarre, PA 18702 for Failure to Pay Fine. Hackney is accused of not paying a fine as scheduled for a traffic ticket. She was arraigned before Judge Mahoney and paid the fine.
