On August 1, 2009 at approx 12:58 AM the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Christopher D. Knight, age 22, from Dearborn, Michigan. Police recieved a complaint from a neighbor of a reckless driver on Fall Street. Police then located the vehicle on Bridge Street. After investigation Police found Knight to be intoxicated. Knight was then issued two UTTs for Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with BAC of .08% or more. Knight was then arraigned at the Town of Junius Court in front of Judge Laird where he was then ROR’d. Knight has to appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on August 6, 2009 at 10 AM.
