On 7/29/2009 at approximately 10:52 p.m., Seneca Falls Police arrested a 17 year old female from Newark. Police were called to 41 Walnut Street for a verbal and physical altercation between two females.After the investigation of the incident, Police then took the 17 year old female into custody for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The 17 year old female was then arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney, Seneca Falls Town Court where she was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of 2500 dollars cash bail. The 17 year old female has to reappear at the Seneca Falls Town Court on August 12, 2009 at 9:00 AM. This incident is still under further investigation.
