On July 27th, 2009 at approx. 2:00 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Eugene W. Brothers, age 50 from 44 1/2 West Elizabeth Street Waterloo, NY for the Village Code Violation of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container. On the above date and time Village Police observed Brothers walking south bound over the Rumsey Street Bridge drinking a beer while holding the other five remaining beers in the other hand. Brothers was issued an appearance ticket at the scene to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of judge Mahoney on August 13th, 2009 at 10:00 AM.
