The Commemoration of Convention Days continues as we turn our attention to family fun this weekend in Seneca Falls.Films in the Park for Kids will be held Friday night at People’s Park at dusk. If it rains, the movies will be shown in the Community Center.On Saturday, from Noon to 4 come join us for the Second Annual Convention Days Classic Car Show on Fall Street right in the heart of the Village. Come join a couple of hundred of your neighbors and their fabulous vehicles from the past. All types of cars, trucks and vehicles parked along Fall Street for you to enjoy. There will be awards given for some of the most beautiful cars, and the public gets to select their favorite as part of the celebration.Come and enjoy music, food, a sidewalk sale from the folks of the Seneca Falls Business Association all along the street of Village. Buy a ticket to win a Tri-Fun three wheeled “pickup truck” from our friends at Seneca Falls Savings Bank and a enjoy some “art on wheels” on Saturday in the Village.If you can’t get enough of Art work, then come back on Sunday for the second annual Neighbors Arts Festival of Seneca Falls. Held in People’s Park from 11 – 4, this Arts Fest benefits the Ludovico Sculpture Trail and offers original art work for show and sale including custom made jewelry, painting, furniture, fabulous photography and much more. Worried about the weather? Don’t be, we have plans to be inside if the day is not so pleasant!Plan a weekend in Seneca Falls and help us celebrate the newly re-opened Hotel, the Clarence, right in the center of it all.
