On July 17, 2009 at approximately 10:43 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Kevin R. Martin age 31 and Niccole D. Martin age 31, both of 135 Cayuga Street Seneca Falls, NY. Seneca Falls Police responded to 57 Cayuga Street, the Johnson Home Development for the complaint of voices coming from within the building as well as the sound of glass breaking multiple times. At the time of arrival, Officer’s noticed a vehicle parked in the driveway of the development with the keys in the ignition and the engine still warm. At that time Officer’s could hear glass breaking coming from inside. Officers then set up a perimeter around the building with the assistance of the New York State Police and Seneca County Deputies. Officers observed Niccole Martin in a downstairs room. Officers then entered the building to secure the female and to execute a search throughout the rest of the building. Officers found Kevin Martin in an upstairs hallway and was also taken into custody. Further investigation showed that while the two subjects were inside the building Kevin Martin broke a window out inside the residence with his elbow in order to climb out onto the roof. Niccole Martin was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree and Kevin Martin was charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief. Both were arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court by Judge Mahoney and remanded to the Seneca County Jail. Niccole Martin was remanded on 2,000 dollars Bail and Kevin Martin was remanded for 3,500 dollars Bail. Niccole is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on August 12, 2009 at 9:00 AM. Kevin is to appear for the Felony Hearing in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 23, 2009 at 9:00 AM.On July 18, 2009 at approximately 2:31 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Matthew R. Taylor age 26 of 11 1/2 Williams Street, Seneca Falls NY. Police were called to a local establishment to remove a person from the premisses. Upon arrival police found Matthew to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage. A further search of Taylor showed him to be in possession of marijuana. Taylor was charged with the Village Ordinance of Open Container and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Matthew was issued an Appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 22, 2009 at 9:00 AM.On July 18, 2009 at approximately 7:20 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested a 16 year old Waterloo youth, his name is being withheld do to his age. Police were called for two suspicious persons standing on the corner of Washington Street and Troup Street. Upon investigation the youth was found to be in possession of an American flag that he stole from a nearby residence. He was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of stolen property in the 5th degree. He was issued an Appearance ticket and is to report to the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 30, 2009 at 10:00 AM.
