Seneca Falls Police Beat 7/17/09

On July 16, 2009 at approximately 9:55 pm the Village of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a sixteen year old male on a bench warrant issued out of SF Town Court. It is alleged that the sixteen year old male did not appear for a court ordered appointment with Seneca County Probation Department after being released from the correctional facility. The sixteen year old male was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the SCCF in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail / $10,000.00 Ins. Bond and is to reappear in court on 08-26-09 at 10:00 am.On Thursday morning July 16,2009 at approx. 5:51 a.m. Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Bonnie M. Rodman age 53 of 2558 Lower Lake Rd Seneca Falls. Rodman was arrested following a traffic stop on East Bayard Street for speeding. Rodman was found to be operating the vehicle while having a suspended license. Rodman was charged with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. Rodman was issued tickets and released to a third party to appear in SF Town Court on 08-06-09 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.On July 15,2009 at approx. 2025 hrs. Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Paul J. Kesterson age 19 of 1492 Caroline Rd Waterloo NY. Kesterson was arrested by NYSP at the Seneca county Fairgrounds after learning that there was a warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for Violation of Conditions of Sentence for Kesterson. Kesterson was turned over to Seneca Falls Police and transported to SF Town Court where he was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney. Kesterson was committed to SCCF in lieu of $1,000.00 cash/ $2,000.00 Ins Bond with a return date of 07-22-09 at 10:00 am.
