SF police break-up underage drinking party

On July 14th 2009 at approx. 2:45 AM Seneca Fall Police were dispatched to 14 Auburn Road (Overlord Apartment Complex) for a report of a noise complaint and possible underage party. Upon patrols arrival Officers were able to determine that the noise/party was coming from one specific apartment. Officers knocked on the door and found an eighteen year old male; two seventeen year old males; and one sixteen year old female inside. All four of the subjects had been consuming alcohol. Further investigation proved that the eighteen year old subject who resides at this location provided the bottle of alcohol. The four subjects were all issued appearance tickets for unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of twenty one and the eighteen year old was issued an additional appearance ticket for Unlawfully Dealing with a child in the first degree. All four subjects were advised to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney on Thursday, July 16th, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Names of the four subject are being held due to their age.
