On July 22, 2009 at approximately 7:29p.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Frank B. Turo IV, age 22, of 45 Bridge Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Turo was stopped by police on a traffic stop on Ovid Street for having a Bench Warrant out for his arrest signed by Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court. On the traffic stop police found Turo to be in possession of metal knuckles. Turo was then arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree and was arragined in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court. At court Turo paid is fine for the Bench Warrant and was ROR’d on the criminal charge. Turo’s next court date is July 22, 2009 at 11:00a.m to answer his charge.
